When you submit an enquiry, Vinice collects your name, email address, practice name, selected design, service interest and any message you provide. Please do not include patient information or medical records.
How we use it
We use your details to review your request and discuss your website. Submitting a request does not create a purchase or charge you. Details are saved in our website’s database; this form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Storage & protection
Enquiries are stored in the website’s private database and are not publicly readable. For abuse prevention, a daily changing pseudonym derived from your connection address is retained with the submission. We do not store your raw IP address in the enquiry record.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion through the contact form, mentioning your original email. We retain details while your enquiry or resulting project remains relevant and review requests for deletion.
Demo sites & optional services
Design previews use sample content and demonstration forms. Third-party booking platforms and AI integrations are connected only after scope, providers and data handling are agreed. Fonts may load from Google Fonts; this can share your connection information with that provider.
